Unique diaphragm pump advantage
KGK Jet's ink delivery system is powered by a diaphragm pump. These pumps are more efficient and reliable than geared pumps. A diaphragm pump component does not come in contact with ink and solvent this prevents fluid contamination.
Furthermore, these pumps don't generate heat through friction, which results in a more stable ink composition. With minimal ink and solvent evaporation and protection against ink contamination, the customer can achieve greater operational efficiency and savings.
Scheduler: Auto Start and Stop
Designed to start the machine immediately even if machine is not operated for very long time. No service engineer visit is required resulting in longer up time for the machine.

Automatic Nozzle Capping Technology
KGK Jet Patented Nozzle Capping Technology automatically close the nozzle, if the printer is not in use.
