Regional Manager- Sales
Job Description:
The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing sales, operations, and service activities within an assigned geographical area. The role involves achieving business targets, developing and managing a high-performing team, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of company policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving revenue growth and market share in the assigned region.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Monitoring regional performance, preparing reports, and presenting to senior management.
- Building, training, and motivating the regional team to ensure productivity and retention.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service support and problem resolution.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Service, Finance, Supply Chain) for seamless operations.
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding customer base.
- Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 8–12 years of proven experience in sales/operations management, preferably in industrial products, equipment, or technology.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
