Sales Engineer / Sr Sales Engineer

Educational qualification: Engineering Graduate
Experience: 3-8 yrs
Job Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be responsible for managing the assigned territory.
• Responsible for Sales of Marking and Coding Equipment.
• Meet and exceed monthly Sales Rev. and Qty targets.
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
• Knowledge of Account based sales / business development.
• Responsible for Collection of Payments from customers as per Payment Terms.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
• Responsible for smooth Execution of order in co-ordination with our Internal Team.
• Responsible for Business Development and necessary initiatives for growth of business.
• Business Development with technical spec in activities.
• Reporting in necessary on weekly basis.
• Building strong, long-term customer relationships, based on value and ethics.
• Achieve Annual Sales Targets, Amount Receivables.
• Develop strategic account planning activities, to open new accounts in the territory assigned, while maintaining and building the existing customer base.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
• Understands to look with an entrepreneur mindset on all commercial traits.
• Safety, Quality and Integrity to be followed.

Requirements:

• Ability to work well independently.
• Ability to prioritize workload, goals and tasks consistent with the department and corporate objectives.
• Ability to multi-task, completing concurrent projects within given time frames and balancing interruptions and change requests. Takes initiative to establish new processes and methods to support a variety of coordination activities.
• Decision-making and coordination with other departments- To solve technical issues, and interact with key partners for problem-solving
• Analytical skills and communication skills- Ability to analyze technical problems and provide solutions

Desired Background and Experience:

• +5 years of field sales experience selling industrial products / capital goods. (Based on job tittle will be assigned).
• Engineering graduate with strong sales background.
