Experience: 2+ years of Experience in Troubleshooting of circuits, PCB board service, Repairing of Electronic
devices etc
Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting: Identifying, investigating, and resolving issues with hardware and software
Support: Providing support to users over the phone, via chat, email, or in person
Installation: Installing and run as per customer requirement or application
Collaboration: Collaborating with sales & servive team to resolve problems
Documentation: Keeping accurate and detailed descriptions of services performed
Customer relations: Establishing good relationships with clients and colleagues
New technology: Testing and evaluating new technology
