The packaging comprises 4 layers:
Layer 1: Poly

To mark variable data, a KGK Jet CO2 laser burns through the 2nd layer (colored design), providing permanent, non-removable markings. This process ensures that the packaging protects the contents from sunlight while retaining clear data markings.
High Speed Coding: Since new generation KGK Jet CO2 marking laser are fitted with 18,000mm/s faster galvo, the customer is able to achieve coding speed up to 6 products per second.
Larger Marking Area: The customer can now code high-speed data, including MRP, Manufacturing date, Expiry date, unit price, and a 2D barcode, spread over a 40mm height, which is four times the height of the previous coding system. The KGK Jet CO2 marking laser is capable of marking areas from 70x70mm up to 300x300mm, depending on the application.
Dust & Humidity Protection: The KGK Jet CO2 laser marking system, which comes with IP54 and IP65 Ingress protection, is suitable for use in the customer's dedicated packaging area within the production space.
